Summary: Our family had a relaxing and memorable stay at Lihim Resorts. What stood out most about the resort was the epic sunset seen from Henri's Restaurant, and the private Hayag beach resort - but many things stood out during our stay. From our group which included seniors and kids, everyone had a relaxing experience. The staff were super friendly every step of the way, and at every touch point (airport, welcome entrance, dining, bar, pool), and available any time you need them. What really stood out were our private butlers, Ken and Vic, who ensure each day had a great itinerary and a seamless experience. They were super responsive to any family member's needs and really helped make our stay comfortable. We stayed in the Bucana Rooms, which were exceptional. The views were amazing and the entire terrace with the rooms felt quite secluded. Bonus that there was a mini pool for the kids to keep cool. The bathrooms were as advertised in the pictures and one of the best parts of the room. The air-conditioner was cool as can be which was a bonus for us. Car service to move around the property (and into town) was always readily available with a quick text to the butlers. From the amazing sunset, to the chill and quiet pool, and incredible service - Lihim Resorts helped make our stay in El Nido a trip to remember!
